You've just had a baby.

Let’s make food the easiest part of recovery.

You’re tired, touched out, and running on whatever you can grab one-handed.

You want to eat well — but your brain is foggy, your arms are full, and the idea of preparing a meal is just too much mental load.

Meanwhile, your body is asking for more than toast crusts and coffee.

You need simplicity, ease and nourishment.

You need to replenish.

Replenish

gives you a framework
- not just a food list

This is not a recipe book.

It’s a simple and flexible method to help you understand what your body actually needs in postpartum — and how to feed yourself quickly and easily, when time, energy, and headspace are limited.

You’ll learn how to build nourishing meals without overthinking, batch-prep when you can, and what you can buy ready-made to lighten the load.

No rigid plans or counting macros. Just the support and structure to make smart food choices when decision fatigue is real.

This is nourishment built for real motherhood.

This guide wasn’t just written for postpartum women. It was written in postpartum — in the hours between feeds, with a baby napping on my chest and hair falling out in the shower.

I’m a certified nutrition coach and fertility educator, but I’m also a first-time mother who’s been through the trenches. I created Replenish while navigating my own season of exhaustion, depletion, and emotional chaos.

I learned that knowing the nutrition theory — and actually applying it while caring for a newborn and recovering from birth — are two very different things.

Every strategy, recipe, and framework in this guide was created to hold you through the most under-supported stage of motherhood with real food and real flexibility.

You don’t need perfect meals.

You just need support that works when your hands — and heart — are full.

Replenish is for you...
