This is not a traditional coaching programme. Here's what makes my approach different:

  • No pressure to show up: Support happens through voice notes, messages, pre-recorded video and downloadable resources, so you can read or listen, absorb and reply when it suits you.

  • Gentle accountability: I’ll be keeping a close eye on your progress, checking in regularly, and offering extra help when you need it — even if you’re too busy to reach out first.

  • Truly personal: Every recommendation is tailored to your nutritional needs, tastes, capacity, and family rhythm — not just a set of generic “postpartum recipes.”

You’ll complete an intake questionnaire to help me understand your needs and lifestyle, and then we'll schedule an informal connection chat to get started.

PERSONALISED PLAN

We’ll start with an informal video call to connect and co-create your plan.

 

You’ll then receive your personal plan video (recorded) plus your tailored resource pack (PDF), curated specifically to your goals, concerns, and capacity, and that you can dive into at your own pace.

SIX WEEKS
OF SUPPORT

From there, we will connect through voice notes and messages — allowing you to access guidance, ask questions and get reassurance without rigid appointments.

 

If you'd like to book further consultations, you'll have preferential access and a special client rate.

From one mama to another — this is why I do this work.

When I had my baby boy, I was already a qualified nutrition coach — yet I still felt lost, depleted, and struggled to support myself through the realities of postpartum.

I wrote Replenish in the middle of that season — but 1:1 coaching is where we go deeper. It’s where we personalise everything and I can give you tailored guidance and accountability so you’re not doing this alone. 

Knowing how unpredictable postpartum life can be, the Replenish 1:1 Programme takes a flexible approach, offering personalised support without the stress and rigidity of consultations and follow ups.
